Management of external promoters who sell and promote your events in exchange for commissions

What is it?

The Promoters section is where you can create, manage, and view statistics for your external promoters. Promoters are people who promote your events through personalized referral links and earn commissions for each sale they generate.

This screen lets you assign promoters to your events, define the commissions they will receive, create personalized referral links for each promoter, and monitor their sales performance.

How does it work?

The promoter system lets you extend your sales reach at no fixed cost. You only pay commissions on real sales your promoters generate. The flow is as follows:

  1. Create the promoter profile: Register the promoter on the platform with their access credentials
  2. Define commissions per event: Set how much the promoter will earn per sale (percentage or fixed amount)
  3. Generate referral links: The system creates personalized links for the promoter to promote your events
  4. The promoter shares the links: The promoter distributes their links through their channels (social media, email, etc.)
  5. Customers book from the links: When a customer books using the referral link, the sale is automatically attributed to the promoter
  6. Commission is calculated: The system automatically calculates the commission based on the configuration you defined
  7. Record and pay: The commission is recorded in the promoter's history and you make the payment manually
