What are promotions and discount coupons?
Promotions and discount coupons are tools that let you offer discounts to your customers in different ways.
Promotions
Promotions are discounts that apply automatically to your events. The buyer does not need to enter any code — the discount is applied directly to the ticket price. They are ideal for campaigns like "Early Bird" or temporary discounts.
Discount Coupons
Coupons are codes that the customer must enter manually during the purchase process. They are useful for targeted marketing campaigns, rewards for loyal customers, or distributing discounts in a controlled way to a specific group of people.

Promotions and discount coupons are only available for events. They are not currently available for paid reservations through the business booking module.
