What is the platform?

TuTike is a multi-tenant ticketing and event management platform. It acts as an intermediary between three main actors:

You (Manager)Event organizer: you create and manage events, prices, reservations, and withdrawals.
Buyers (Customers)People who discover and purchase tickets to your events.
The PlatformInfrastructure that processes payments, calculates fees, generates tickets, and sends notifications.

Your business account (API Access)

Your business identity on the platform lives inside your API Access. Think of it as your "company profile" — everything is linked to it:

  • All your events, reservations, and charges
  • Your payment account for receiving payments
  • Your default fee applied to all transactions
  • Your accumulated balance and withdrawal history
  • Your sales channels (landing pages) and active add-ons

Every transaction, reservation, withdrawal, and system fee is linked to your API Access. It is the root of all your business data.
