Welcome to TuTike
Official TuTike documentation — the leading ticketing and event management platform in South Florida. Complete guides for event organizers.
What is the platform?
TuTike is a multi-tenant ticketing and event management platform. It acts as an intermediary between three main actors:
| Actor | Description |
|---|---|
| You (Manager) | Event organizer: you create and manage events, prices, reservations, and withdrawals. |
| Buyers (Customers) | People who discover and purchase tickets to your events. |
| The Platform | Infrastructure that processes payments, calculates fees, generates tickets, and sends notifications. |
Your business account (API Access)
Your business identity on the platform lives inside your API Access. Think of it as your "company profile" — everything is linked to it:
- All your events, reservations, and charges
- Your payment account for receiving payments
- Your default fee applied to all transactions
- Your accumulated balance and withdrawal history
- Your sales channels (landing pages) and active add-ons
Every transaction, reservation, withdrawal, and system fee is linked to your API Access. It is the root of all your business data.
