Overview
Management of free invitation-only events: birthdays, baptisms, weddings, and private events
The Invitations module allows you to create and manage free events with completely restricted access. These events are designed for celebrations such as birthdays, baptisms, weddings, and other private events where the organizer has full control over who attends.
Unlike regular events, invitation-only events have a curated experience on the website where guests do not see maps or select their seats — they simply confirm their attendance and automatically receive their QR codes and entry tickets.

Guest experience
- Curated flow: Dedicated pages on the website with an experience optimized for invitations
- No seat selection: The guest never sees the map or selects where to sit
- Simple confirmation: The guest only confirms how many people will attend (if assigned 3, they can come with 2 or 3)
- Companion data: Enters their name and those of their companions (companions are optional)
- Automatic QR: Upon confirming, they automatically receive QR codes and entry tickets for all people
Organizer management
- Visual assignment map: The organizer has a visual map in the admin panel to place reservations at specific tables
- Flexible distribution: Allows placing different groups at the same table or at different tables based on availability
- Companion requests: The organizer can define whether guests can request more companions than assigned
- Manual approval: Dedicated tab to approve or reject additional companion requests
- Full management: See who accepted, viewed, or declined invitations, total confirmed people, create more invitations, cancel, etc.
