Create invitation event
How to create a free event with restricted invitation-only access
What is it?
A direct shortcut to create a new free event with the Invitation only mode pre-configured. It is a shortcut to the event creation form, with visibility already set as restricted and the cost at $0.
Form fields
The form is the same as for any event (name, images, location, etc.). See the full guide at:
Invitation events use the same image types and configuration as regular events. The main difference is that they are free and the reservation flow is curated for guests.
Next steps
Once the invitation event is created:
- Send invitations — go to the Invitations section to add your guests with the assigned number of people
- Monitor requests — review the Requests from those who ask for additional companions
- Assign tables — use the visual map in the admin panel to place reservations at specific tables
- Download list — generate the list with entries, people at tables, and space distribution
- Verify attendance — from Events → Entries on the event day to check in with QR
