Event ranking
Control the order in which your events appear highlighted on the frontend
What is the ranking?
The event ranking defines the order in which your events appear in featured sections of the frontend (carousels, main listings). You can organize them manually with drag-and-drop and assign each one a display duration in seconds.
How to access
From the event listing, click the Organize ranking button. A dialog opens divided into two columns.
Left column — Ranked events
Shows the events that already have a position assigned in the ranking. For each event you see:
- Position number — blue badge that updates automatically when reordering
- Event banner and name
- Start date
- Representation seconds — optional field indicating how long this event is shown in the carousel (e.g. 10 seconds)
Available actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Drag | Move the event to another position with drag-and-drop |
| Remove | Remove the event from the ranking (X icon on hover) |
| Remove all ranking | Clears all ranked events at once |
Right column — Unranked events
List of available events that don't have a position assigned yet.
- Search by event name
- Refresh button to reload the list
- + button to add an event to the ranking (visible on hover)
Only active events can be added. Inactive events appear with a red badge and cannot be added to the ranking.
Save the ranking
Once the order is set, click Save ranking. Changes are applied immediately on the frontend. If you don't want to save, click Cancel to discard all changes.
