Visual labels to categorize your events on the platform
What are visual tags?
Visual tags are image-based labels assigned to events to categorize them visually on the platform. They include an icon or badge that appears next to the event in the public view.
Examples of use: "Festival", "VIP", "Early Bird", "Sold Out", "18+".
For managers: assigning tags to an event
As a manager, your only action on visual tags is assigning or removing them from your events. The available tags are created and maintained by the support team.
To assign tags to an event, go to the event creation or editing form, Details tab, Visual tags field. You can assign multiple tags to the same event.
If you need a new type of visual tag that does not exist (for example, a new category), let the support team know so they can create it.
